3DPTEK-J800P machine is a production machine for MIM, mold, tooling and other industries. It adopts the latest top-feeding single-cylinder structure, equipped with V+ precise powder drop system, double-roller composite high-density powder spreading system, automatic cleaning of nozzle, built-in air purification system, etc. It is easy and quick to operate, and can flexibly change the powder material and binder ink, which can effectively guarantee the production efficiency.

Note: The definition of "print" in "Maximum print accuracy ±0.1mm" above includes two parts:

  1. The production of the blanks is completed after the 3D model is fed into the machine.
  2. The whole process of degreasing and sintering is completed when the raw billet is put into the vacuum sintering furnace.
  3. ±0.1mm means the accuracy after completing the above 2 steps and L≤100mm; or the accuracy can reach ±0.1% and L>100mm.
